New effort to develop simjs

I am not sure if there is still an active group around simjs but just wanted to share some developments and say "Thank you!" for providing such a great library and clear documents and examples. I stumbled across the library while working on a hackathon related to medicine and healthcare and have been using it to build a simulation of an emergency department (aka Accident and Emergency or ER). I've have made some (badly written, I know!) extensions to handle priority queueing for Facilities (urgent patients need to be seen first) and allowing the number of servers for a Facility to be changed (e.g. to allow for capacity to change during different shift patterns) and will probably add some more (the simulation may need to allow Entities to queue against combinations of things e.g. wait for a Facility AND a Buffer, wait for this Facility OR another Facility to be free). Code is in github so feel free to use of contribute.
