Hi team, my question is related to this thread :
https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!search/ie7$20slow$20script/jquery-en/vNpkN6EstVk/49oD6BNyjVEJ
Although I would have wanted to have my question there but for some reason I couldn't post in that thread. I am facing slow script popup issue in ie7 (client can only use ie7 ! ), I have read that introducing delays in the code that is process intensive can avoid this issue, I just wanted to know what part of the exhibit should I introduce this delay. I tried introducing delay in database -> loadItems function but that didn't help. Do you know of any other place where I should be looking?
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Regards,
Dee

I dealt with this issue some time ago by using the following:

If the customer will allow the plug-in, this works very well.  I had good results.

Thanks for the suggestion but sadly the situation is such that the client can't even upgrade/install any thing in their machine, they have very strict security regulations.
