slider facet

From the Exhibit 3 documentation, it seems that the Slider facet has not yet been fully implemented.  However, that seems to have been written 8 months or more ago.  Is that still the case?  Has there been any work on the slider facet recently?   (we have some existing Exhibit 2 apps we'd like to upgrade, and some new Exhibit 3 ones we'd like to build, all using the Slider facet.)  Thanks.

I am also interested by the slider facet. 

I have been asked how to use this facet in relase 3 to the community in january.. but I didn't get any feedbacks.
