Coloring Events

Hello,

I'm creating a time plot with simple line and event data overlayed on
it.

The events are relatively long and border each other. Is there an
easy way to color them each differently? I currently set the
lineColor attribute which results in them all being the same color.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm interested in this as well.  For now, I have resorted to putting overlapping events on different tracks, using the trackNum attribute.  I tried utilizing the alpha channel within the color attribute, e.g. #773311FF, but that doesn't seem to be recognized.
