Can we setup Chaos Monkey for testing local infra

The newest version of Chaos Monkey requires Spinnaker. Depending on how you're managing things in house, you could use Spinnaker (e.g., if you're using Kubernetes or OpenStack). But if you're not using Spinnaker already, it's probably not worth the effort to retrofit it onto your existing system (Spinnaker's great, though, check it out!)
