Hey guys it would be huge if you could help me here. I registered for VATSIM
a while back as a pilot and am loving every second of it but now I want to
be a controller. Heres the problem... Yesterday I realized that I forgot
to set my division for the United States so I set it. Im not sure if its
important to set this, but on another note I accidentally deleted the original
VATSIM confirmation e-mail giving me my username password and CID i think
although I still have the username and password. So how do I get a CID with
my complex situation. Any suggestions would be great and you may email me

CID = PID -- they're the same thing.

If you want to control in the US, go to vatusa.org. Click on "Controller
Training."

Your username *IS* your VATSIM id. There is only 1 ID and that's it.

You can always go to the VATSIM home page under the "lost password" link
and retrieve your information using either your ID or your last name and
your password reminder word.
