NOTAM - VATSIM Transfers

If anyone wishes to fly with VATSIM you MUST register with VATSIM
to receive your pilot/obs rating.

If you wish to fly and control with VATSIM you MUST register with
VATSIM to receive your pilot/obs rating and then you MUST transfer
your rating from SATCO!!! Otherwise you will start as a student
controller. Your SATCO password is required. If you lost it, you may
examine and locate it in your PCSB.ini file under your Windows
directory.

This is NOT an automated system that will automatically transfer
you from SATCO membership to VATSIM membership!!!
