Im trying to use fs navigator to make a flight plan to fly making intermediate
stops I export the plan to fs2002 and then while flying by IFR it loads the
plane that I've made... but the ATC never gives me the vectors to land in
the intermediate airport so fs2002 is taking the intermediate airport just
as reference point and once I reach this point if I just let the aircraft
fly the ATC just corrects my heading in order to keep the flight plan and
land in the final point, in order to land in the intermediate airport I have
to cancel IFR and land on the intermediate point in VFR mode.... so I want
to know if is possible to use this feature in IFR mode or if it just apply
in VFR... thanks.

I have never seen an IFR flightplan filed with intermediate stops.
I'm not an expert but, I assume that it is VFR plans only that
can have intermediate stops. If you're IFR, you need to get
clearance for each stop.
