Renaming a VOR

Hello All,
FMN (Farmington NM) has been changed to RSK (Rattlesnake) VOR.....is there
any way to change it on the FSNav map...thanx in advance

Been wondering the same thing Ed. However, RSK also appears to be an
intersection at the exact same location in fsnav. I would think the
navdata updates would've changed this. Might want to post this to the
navdata forum on avsim and see what they say.

The NAVDATA updates for FSNav include Intersection and Airway data only.

At a quick glance, I understand that the VOR (and NDB/ILS/TACAN etc) data is
taken directly from within your FS scenery library and is not actually
editable through FSNavigator.

**However, it is possible to create a very small scenery area of your own
with just the new VOR information in, plus an exclude file to cover the old
VOR data.

By running FSNavDBC after your scenery addition, the FSNav map will
therefore show only the new VOR data.
