FSNAVIGATOR KEY

Here is My problem.I downloaded the files and paid for evey thing.I went back
to Simmarket and received a 7 gigit code from the My Account menu.The problem
is when ever i try to log on it says I have been forcefully denied and that
some files are missing.I downloaded it again and again still the same thing.It
also says to regester the program and ask for a 12 digit code ,I only received
a 7 digit code.Can someone HELP me?

For anyone that has lost their precious FSNav key...

To retreive your FSNav Registration key and information, go to Simmarket.com
- At the top of the page you'll see a link to "Your Account"
- Sign in using the email address you used when ordering FSNav. If you don't
have or don't remember your password, you can have one sent to your email
address.
- Once you've signed in, you should see a link "Your Order Details &
Downloads"
- Then you will see all orders you've placed with Simmarket by date. Click
on the date for your FSNav order.
- Near the bottom in a Comments section your registration information and
key should be shown. Just below that should be a link to "Print Invoice."
I'd suggest printing a hard copy, just in case.
