Pls HELP!!! Instructions on how to fly larger planes????

The instruments of larger planes in the MS flight simulator are
significantly different from smaller planes, and not necessarily
obvious. I can fly a Beech Baron or a Cessna with instruments and
even got the commercial pilot certificate but - for instance - I can't
do the same with the Boeing or Airbus. Microsoft's handbook doesn't
seem to cover these planes' instruments (or am I blind?) and I can't
seem to find anything on the net that tells me how to read and set
those instruments. Can anyone help?
