The gear is retractable. There's a big handle at the right of
the panel, next to the flaps. Water = Up; Land = Down.

easy to land in the water and has retractable landing gear. Here is what

No wonder it sinks. It's a land only aircraft. The large underbelly
bulge is the cargo hold, not an amphibian hull.
Oh that explains it. <grin> If you keep it moving with that big flat
bottom belly, it sails right across the water. But slow down well below
stall speed and it sinks. Anyway thanks again Ian. The description says
it also lands on water (see screenshot). I guess it would if it had the
optional floats. ;)
