AIRAC updates and Navaids

Hi!

Does anyone know if changes to NDB frequencies are included in AIRAC
updates?
The reason I ask is that the NDB BRI (at Bristol) is still showing as 380
when real-world is now 414.
If AIRAC's don't update the frequency, presumably there is a way to
"hand-craft" this?
I'm running fs2002.

BRI freq is part of the Bristol AFD file.

Should be ably to change it with AFCAD.
