Is the External Memory Interface supported in chips like the ATmega128?

Does simavr support the External Memory (XMEM) interface to allow sram to expand from 4k to 64k in chips like the ATmega128?

No, not directly, but it shoulnt be difficult to add. Or do you want to interface with the pins themselves? If it's just RAM you want, you might have to change the core a little to let it address the extra space, it shouldn't be too hard...
