[Vote] Make Simal 0.2.4-rc1 the final 0.2.4 release

Thanks everybody who tested and/or submitted issues for Simal
0.2.4-RC1. Although there are quite a few issues with the
doapcreator widget none are marked as critical. I therefore
would like to call a vote to make the final 0.2.4 release
based on version 0.2.4-RC1 which will expire in 72 hours.

If this vote passes I'll create the final 0.2.4 release and
update the public registry. The next iteration will then be
focussed on improving the doapcreator widget to make sure the
widget is better usable.

So could I please have your votes :

[ ] +1 Release Simal 0.2.4 based on 0.2.4-RC1
[ ] 0 No opinion
[ ] -1 Don't release Simal 0.2.4 and reasons why
