Steve recently mentioned on an issue that we've not applied one of his
patches yet. This is just a gentle reminder for us to remember to submit
patches with the "type=patch" label and for reviewers to check this when
accepting an issue.

This helps to make sure that patches don't get lost amongst all the
other issues.
