Release 0.2.4-rc1 available for testing

I'm pleased to announce the availability of Simal 0.2.4-rc1 for
testing purposes [1]. This release contains a war file (including
the core and REST modules) and a separate W3C widget 'doapcreator'
that is built to be used either within a running Simal instance
or to post a project to a running Simal instance from another
environment. Usage of this widget is described in the wiki [2].
The release notes will be updated shortly [3], as will the public
registry [4].
Please test this release as widely as possible. Any feedback
will be highly appreciated!
