I tried to add
> http://pear.php.net/package/OpenID
and
> http://pear.php.net/package/OpenID/doap
to
> http://registry.oss-watch.ac.uk/?wicket:bookmarkablePage=:uk.ac.osswatch.simal.wicket.doap.DoapFormPage
and get an error:

> http://pear.php.net/package/OpenID for adding to the repository

The first URL is the HTML page which has a
> <link rel="meta" title="DOAP" type="application/rdf+xml"
> href="/package/OpenID/doap"/>
so you might be able to discover the doap URL automatically.

Then I tried the DOAP URL directly, but that failed, too - with the error
above.
