Broken project COSP

There is a SIMAL project link in the support plan for COSP but it gives an error Null project. I can't find it by searching so is it possible it was deleted, or never got in due to an entry error? Can someone check if it is in the database?

I see from my email archives that I previously sent this link to the project leader and he did not respond with a complaint. So I conclude it was probably OK in the past.

Sorry Steve, couldn't find it in the database. Also checked old backups
but couldn't find the project there either, I'm afraid.
