Junk in minicom

What are the minicom settings ? Is there a boot loader ad kernel
loaded at dispatch?

speed: 57600
port parameter: 8n1
then set no HW and FW flow control

if you have problem check the wires of your serial cable.

For load the kernel there is uboot, start by read the wiki
