Hey everyone,

Welcome back from Spring Break! I hope everyone had a great time :)

General Meeting

I need all 2016-2017 officers to be present so when called upon, they can discuss their role in the club and their committee, if they have one.

Don't forget to wear your member or officer shirts to the meeting for promotion :)

Kelsey - make sure to have chalking sign ups with mandatory picture taking. Don't forget to email as many listservs as possible. Make this week's flyer and create a pdf of it (multiple on one page would be great). In discussion with the other officers, we are going to have ALL officers flyer this week to see if maybe that brings in more revenue. Each officers will be required to give out at least 10 flyers (free printing at SAC) during gaps that may have between classes so there is no strict time. Please send out an email regarding this once you've made the pdf and couple it to the chalking sign up email. Chalking is mandatory also!!!

- ALL NEW AND OLD OFFICERS, make sure you email/groupme to say you did the chalking (room included) and that you flyered or else you will be required to do extra tabling/fundraising shifts and more to make up for it.

Melissa/Frances/Nina - make sure to reserve a projector in case we don't have access the room's.

Officer Meeting

All new and old officer for 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 are required to be there. 

Kelsey - I already have your excuse noted.

Transition Training - MANDATORY FOR FULL TIME

If I am able to book the escape room I will do that this Thursday. Otherwise, we will be planning a hike. If you do not tell me by this Thursday morning that you are cannot make this Saturday from 9am-mid afternoon, then you must make up the training. SIM will pay for the escape room cost so if you cancel last minute or never submit an excuse, you are liable to pay for the ticket.

I cannot stress how important this training is for EVERYONE, so please come and if you absolutely cannot, you must EMAIL me with a valid excuse by this Thursday @ 12pm.

Location: TBD, if anyone has an apartment that can accommodate us, please let me know. My roommates are not keen on people being at the apt but if worse comes to worse, then it'll be at mine at 660 Veteran Ave.

Training: 9am-12pm (small breakfast given)

Lunch: 12pm @ Native Foods

Escape Room: 12:30ishpm til we escape the room lol

DON'T FORGET TO TELL EVERYONE AND EVERYBODY ABOUT SIM AND OUR MEETING PLEASE!!!

Also, I sent out listserv emails to many departments. If you guys do get an email from your counselor about SIM, please let me know so I can keep track which counselors actually publicize for us. Thanks!
