I forgot to include a final schedule:

6:00pm-6:45pm ==> set up/check-in/socialize/all activity booths are open

6:45pm-7:00pm ==> Dr. Jang's presentation

7:00pm-7:15pm ==> Dr. Cho's presentation

7:15pm-7:30pm ==> raffle/closing
