Officer Meeting Cancelled Again 05/11/17

Hi everyone,

Thank you Rebecca for a great tea party. I wish we could have gotten to the games but the speakers were very informative.

All Officers

The social is mandatory this week by the way. I want to stress again that you should not be on your phone during meeting especially when speakers are talking. You should be engaging with members and with the speaker/amongst yourselves. If anyone is on their phones constantly during the social this week, you may have your position revoked so please take this seriously.

- Can you tell me which officers don’t show up for the social? It is mandatory for all. Dvaita will not be there, she has submitted a valid excuse.

- Please let me know if anyone is on their phone constantly and not engaging.

- Haven’t heard back from setting up the account for the banquet. I will let you know if I do. It says an administrator still has to approve me.
