Can you tell me how the Silvertone 1448, 1449, and 1457 compare?

I played a Silvertone 1448 that I love. I then read up on the 1449 and 1457. It seems that they're almost the same guitars with an extra pickup and longer neck. Do you think if I like the 1448, I'd like the 1449 and 1457 even more?

I own three 1449s and love them. The two pickups are wired in sequence, so the middle position gives great volume and tone. And having the bridge pickup alone is great for a very trebly, crunchy sound. If you loved the 1448, you will surely love the 1449 or 1457 as much, or more. Both have the same slender neck and lightweight body.

The 1449/1457 certainly gives you a little more 'traditional' versatility with the switchable pickups, but the shorter scale and one pickup simplicity give the 1448 a more 'basic' sound to work with, I suppose. Dex Romweber, Beck, The Deadly Lo-Fi and others have certainly used the 1448 to great effect.
