Testing wanted on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / IIS 7.0

We've updated the instructions for installing SilverStripe (v2.3) on
IIS7, which now makes it really easy to get installed (for instance,
it has a free URL Rewrite tool.)

If you have access to such a server, we'd be most interested in you
downloading SilverStripe 2.3rc1 and testing the installation process
and that everything runs nicely once up and going. This allows us to
find any bugs or issues for the main 2.3 release :)

We have it running nicely at our end -- this is a case of getting
wider testing performed.

Post bugs to open.silverstripe.com, clearly indicating this is an IIS
problem.
