Thursday Touring and Sportif Rides

Hello Everyone.

It looks like the temps will be single digits and falling at 6:00 tomorrow.tttttttt too ccccccccc cold for me.
Ride is cancelled…however if you are a touring rider, the weather for Saturday looks great for the Courtland ride.

Hi Everyone: 

Looks like this Thursday is a “go” for our Touring and Sportif riders. I have created a route and attached gpx and fit files. 

Unfortunately ( for me) I have been experiencing cold and flu like symptoms for the past few days so will not be riding.

If someone is willing to lead the touring group, please let me know.

I will be there tomorrow so I believe between Phil and I we can sort it out. Depending on # of riders perhaps merge groups again. Did you guys ride last week together? I was away and tried to ignore emails :)

COVID19 Precautions

If you have tested positive for COVID19, have been notified of being a recent close contact of someone with COVID19, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID19 as listed below, please avoid all group rides for at least 5 days following the test, notification, or symptom onset. 

COVID-19 symptoms include:

·      fever and/or chills; OR

·      cough; OR

·      shortness of breath; OR

·      decrease or loss of taste or smell; OR
 

Two or more of:

·      runny nose/nasal congestion

·      headache

·      extreme fatigue

·      sore throat

·      muscle aches/joint pain

·      gastrointestinal symptoms (i.e. vomiting or diarrhea)
