Thursday Touring and Sportif Ride

Hello 

John is away for 2 weeks so I am going to lead the Touring ride or a combination of the Touring and Sportif ride. We will depart Delhi German Hall at 6pm. We will ride at a pace that will be comfortable for all of us or if there are sufficient numbers split into 2 groups, one of which can be a little more aggressive. 

Either way it will be a fun ride - we will perhaps do some paceline work as well.

COVID-19 symptoms include:
·      fever and/or chills; OR
·      cough; OR
·      shortness of breath; OR
·      decrease or loss of taste or smell; OR
Two or more of:
·      runny nose/nasal congestion
·      headache
·      extreme fatigue
·      sore throat
·      muscle aches/joint pain
·      gastrointestinal symptoms (i.e. vomiting or diarrhea)
