Looks like there will be a slight East wind at 5:00, so let’s travel east from Delhi. See attached ride similar to a few weeks ago.. 44 km ride starting at 5:30 PM from the German Hall.

By registering for this ride, you acknowledge that you, or anyone in your household have NOT exhibited any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days:  

Fever and/or chills  

Cough  

Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath  

Muscle aches  

Sore throat or difficulty swallowing Runny, stuffy or congested nose (not related to season allergies or other known causes)  

Lost sense of taste or smell  

Nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea  

Pink eye  

Headache  

Extreme tiredness  

Any other symptoms as identified by health experts  

Have NOT travelled outside the country in the last 14 days.  

Have NOT been notified as a close contact with someone testing positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or been told to stay home and self-isolate.  

SSCC Group Ride Requirements (under Covid protocols)  

In the absence of any other specific and more restrictive direction or limitations, the following shall apply to all SSCC group rides:  

a) Members wishing to participate in SSCC rides must pre-register with the designated Ride Leader at least one day in advance of the event in order to be eligible to take part.  

b) Participants shall bring hand sanitizer and also bring a facemask with them on a ride.  

c) Before, during, and after the ride, Participants shall maintain appropriate spacing.  

d) If meeting on the street or in a parking lot, cars shall be parked at least one spot apart from each other.   

e) When coming to a stop, Participants within a group shall endeavour to maintain appropriate separation unless there are physical constraints that would make such separation unsafe due to traffic.  

f) Participants shall not spit or clear airways outwardly (no snot rockets unless you’re at the back). Sneezing or coughing shall be one into your arm or sleeve only.  

g) Sharing of equipment, or touching of other Participant’s equipment, shall be avoided.  

h) Don’t share food or drinks.  

i) Any mechanical may only be worked on by one person at a time.  

j) If a bike is to be serviced by any Participant other than the owner, it must be wiped down before and after with a sanitizing wipe or spray.  

k) Anyone servicing another Participant’s bike, or attending to an injured individual MUST use hand sanitizer before and after.
