Group email settings

This group is set to respond to the message sender by default, so you
will need to 'reply to all' to have your message posted to the list
also.

The other option is reply to the list by default, and I've seen that
cause problems in the past, so we'll go with this setting for now.

I'll be working out some of the links over the next week and post here
when this source is up for download.
