Hello,

I have two brief questions. First, I am curious if the 2010 Submission
Form is sufficient for 2011 entries?

Second, I am curious as to the rights Silverscreen Film Festival as an
entity has to the film which I submit? In other words, do I have the
ability to decline all use of the film and retrieve the DVD copy when
the festival is over?

The issue at hand has to do with confidentiality of individuals in the
film. The film is a documentary covering a trip abroad one year ago. I
have been requested not to post any of the film on the web and I must
insure this will be the case prior to submitting the film, both out of
respect and for the safety of the individuals in question.

If this information goes accordingly, I plan to submit the film.

Thank you for your time and service,

S.Claybrook

Yes, the 2010 submission for will be sufficient for 2011 entries. That
is just a formatting error, thank you for bringing it to our
attention.

And we will certainly honor all requests for where the filmmaker's
content goes. If you would like the DVD copy to be returned/destroyed
we can that as well.
