DVD Burning Issue

Hello,

I am experiencing the dredded PCG Error in Encore while trying to burn
my final DVD for submission (of course). Are the submissions able to
be submitted as raw .MP4 files on a jump drive by chance?

As long as the file is playable, and that we can copy it to and from
the jump drive, that will be acceptable.
