Does the video have to be less than 7 or less than 10 minutes? The
website and submission form have different information.
Also, are regular songs allowed in videos?

An original score is not required, and you will not be deducted
points. However, there have been opportunities in the past to have the
films on cable, and since you wouldn't have the rights to the entire
film, you would not be able to participate in those opportunities.
