Silverscreen Film Festival 2010
Cameras and equipment are ready for you to check out! Equipment
checkout will be as follows:
1. Check the "Silverscreen 2010 Equipment Checkout" Calendar for
available dates. The calendar will be updated at least once a day by
6:00PM. The calendar's address is listed below.

2. Email us of the date you would like to pick up the equipment. Email
notifications must be submitted at least one day before desired pickup
date.
3. We will respond to confirm that a camera package is available and
schedule a time for pickup. Borrowing is on a first-come-first-served
basis.
4. Come to the Student Center at the scheduled pickup time.
5. Sign the equipment release form and schedule equipment return time.
6. Take equipment.
7. Return equipment on date specified on release form.
Please note, we have 2 camera packages that we will rotate to
everyone. To ensure that every production company has an opportunity
to access to the equipment, each team is limited to sign up for one 3-
day borrowing period now through January 31. On February 1, all
production companies are entitled to reserve additional dates -
priority will still be first-come-first-served.
Based on this policy, we strongly encourage those who will rent
cameras to sign up early!
Please remember, borrows are liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen
equipment.
