Microsoft Lync – L2 engineer

Duration: 1+ year contract

Location: Durham, NC

 

a. Microsoft Lync Engineer that is well versed in architecting, deploying, troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Lync.

b. As an Engineer on the Infrastructure Services Team.

c. Candidate may need to give presentations from time to time and often this entails producing well written technical documents specific to the customer's environment and objectives.

d. The Engineer must be able to speak clearly and communicate effectively (both written and verbally) with a customer's Technical staff as well as Senior Management.

e. He or she is expected to have prior experience in either leading or supporting an enterprise email environment and possess strong self-discipline skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide general technical and operational support on Microsoft Lync 2012 and Microsoft Exchange Server (latest versions)
2. The right candidate must possess good people skills and be familiar with performing or interacting in meetings with the customer.
3. Provide Tier 3 operational support.
