I just feel that this is the time for me to say something haha. It seems like things are going a little less rough for us this period and many opportunities open up, but this is the time when we should also be aligned with each other on the purpose and objectives of our project and the vision we all should have for it :)
It seems like we're in the period of getting a little comfortable with our positive financial forecast with very low operational costs. But in fact, I'm afraid we're missing out on an important point. Our Cafe with low operational costs is not sustainable and I dunt want anyone in our team to be comfortable and happy with our low operational costs in fact. There is a huge risk there I feel.
So yea, I have drafted a long document for you guys to read to understand where I'm coming from. I and Jocelyn have already discussed and feel that we should communicate this to everyone :) Well, even if you guys disagree with any point I have raised up in the document, it's completely fine to me. Just let me know (really, I really need everyone to think and put in idea. I dunt know everything and I can be wrong many times. I'm learning too...) But I hope after reading, what we can agree on is the big picture for SIC which I have stated in the document as well. Nomatter what the team is gonna do, or whatever strategy we decide to take, I hope our dream for SIC is the same and all of us are heading in the same direction :)
Let me know what you guys think alright. We're in a crucial stage and I'm desperate to hear your thoughts hahaha. I'm willing to read long emails and having long chats to discuss. Let's do this as a team as we always do alright and think about what we're doing with maturity and practicality ;)
