Hi all,

Exams is finally over! Let's commence SIC business :3

For now til end of May, we need to settle all funding applications and preparation of pitching to ideasinc, microsoft, community centres (CCs) and rsvp ( Refer to time line for pilot test as attached)
________________
Below are the job allocations:

Desmond: prepare a contact list of all community centres which we may want to work with to provide space for pilot test. Should include phone number and email

Deadline:17 May, Saturday 6pm

Saloni: Draft a cover letter which we can use to email out to CCs to request for room space + a very brief 5 pages proposal we can give the CC people during the pitching (should include what kind of help we need from them, what our project is about, what our pilot test will be like, how our pilot test will meet the needs of the community)

Deadline: 17 May, Saturday 6pm

Calvin: Prepare adapted slides to be used for pitching to Microsoft (should include what help we need from them for pilot test, what fundings we need from them for actual incorporation of CK)

*** the adapted slides need to fit what Microsoft will be interested in (need to research on this) so that we can pitch towards it

Deadline: 21 May, Wed 9pm

Nic: Prepare adapted slides to be used for pitching to RSVP (should include a very brief project description, what we help we need from them for pilot test, how the pilot test will be like)

Deadline: 18 May, Sunday 6pm
_______

Any questions can call me/tam :)

Thank you so much for your help! We need to get the fundings and sponsorship done ASAP so that we can proceed with the pilot test by july so please try to meet the deadlines:)

Regards,
Jocelyn
