XOD in-memory conversion for DOCX

I am looking to convert DOCX files to XOD using .NET. The files are generated on the fly and I don't want to save them to a server location.  All the overloads require either the PDF file or a filepath.

I would like to do the conversion in memory, without specifying a file path.

Would this be possible?
