Car Parking Plan for Annual Day | B - Block (3rd and 4th floor) & C - Block (all)

What is this activity for?

As we all aware, our community is celebrating the Silver County Annual day is on 27th July 2019 and the event is planned in -1 parking area covering [ B block & C block ].

Which all flats are affected by this?

B - Block (3rd and 4th floor) & C - Block (all)

Where could the affected residents to park their vehicles?

The affected residents [ B block & C block ] to park your car at other places such as

• -1 Reserved car park area
• -2 Reserved car park area
• Plantation area ( just behind the security cabin and vegetable shop at front gate). Flood light will be available for evening time for the plantation area. Around 6 cars could be parked.
• Any other car parking space available( Please talk to actual parking slot owner before parking)
  

 
By what time the affected residents needs to move their vehicles?

By 8AM sharply. So that the stage team could start their work.

Who all be available to assist the affected residents to get this activity done?

- Security Team ( they might knock your doors around 7AM).
- Facility manager (Babu)
- Cultural Team

When could the affected residents get their vehicles back to parking lot?

Event is scheduled till 8PM, so by 10PM the parking area will be available.

What if the affected residents are planned of OUT-OF-STATION activity?
 
If the affected residents will be OUT-OF-STATION or not available in apartment on 27th July 2019, please inform us today itself. So that we could arrange a parking slot in reserve area, with the help of facility manager (Babu).
