Annual Day's Dinner Update | Could be cancelled

Dear Residents,
Greeting from Cultural Team.
Our community has been the best community in near-by areas. We have celebrated our fights, our achievements and our failure together. When one member faces some problem, other member pitches in to help out as much as possible. This does happens in the community, when members in the community are in connection with each other. Connections build up when we come to know each other in a better way. Events like Annual Day's Dinner, helps each member of the community to spend some quality with his own family plus families gets introduced other families ( breaking the silent/wall of today's trend, where one family does not knows who stays in the neighbor).
For the Annual Day's Dinner, the price provided by vendor is discounted price with the condition that 100 adult should be counted. It seems we have not enough enrollment for Annual Day's Dinner event. From Cultural Team, giving our best and last effort for the Dinner event, we are extending the time limit till Thursday 12pm. Or else we have to take a hard decision of cancelling the Dinner event.
Members of Cultural Team, are putting lots of efforts to make this events happened for us. Humble request to each and every residents to acknowledge the efforts and come forward.
Members of Cultural Team will not be knocking doors, as some people have slammed doors on the face, like members are sales guys. So only other modes of distribution of coupons has come up.
Moral of the story is that if we do not have enough enrollment by Thursday 12pm, the Dinner will be cancelled.
