Issue with vehicle downtown

Just a heads up. If you see this white Chevy I would approach it with caution (I think it said Chacon on the back window). I was riding through downtown on my way home after my evening ride and the passenger was threatening to throw a glass beer bottle at me and started yelling some pretty offensive words. I called central dispatch and visited with 2 officers, they didn’t take a report, one of them clearly had no interest and said “we know they are, but did they actually throw it at you”.

Please escalate this to officers supervisors and so on and so forth. To the DA if necessary. If you desire justice for yourself, what looks like kids, and for the 2 PDs who are seemingly not doing their duty. It will completely stop in this email chain if this info doesn't get to the right people. Looks like you have good pictures, I wonder if you have the officers names as well. They are fallible humans as we all are, but they should be addressed.

Seems to be the theme, "unless an actual assault can be documented we can't (won't) do anything." No wonder some of my friends carry.
