Today, Tuesday August 12, 2008 our brother Reverend Steven Wayne Swallick knuckled under the pressure of a judge and signed the Acknowledgment of Appointment of Counsel & Criminal Trial date. This took place during Calendar Call on Arraignment day for the criminal charge of having a spice garden that was found in the house he leased during the execution of a search warrant in Palm Bay, Florida. A google search of ‘minister of marijuana’ will yield more information regarding this latest victim by those who blaspheme his holy name Jesus the Anointed with KNH BSM. The war against the Tree of Life continues.

The Affidavit denying Appointment of Counsel and entry of Plea and the Affidavit denying Power of Attorney and the updated Demand for Bill of Particulars with Affidavit in support were all legally served through a process server in this case number and properly recorded in the file. However, all that work is now ‘gone with the wind’.

He was warned through this ministry not to SIGN ANYTHING OR YOU WILL GO TO PRISON.
