State of Arizona v. Hardesty - Appeals Court Decision

Greetings To All,

 

    The Arizona Court of Appeals just issued their decision in the Danny Hardesty case.  Unfortunately, the decision effectively denies religious freedom in the State of Arizona.   This is extremely disappointing.

 

    I have not had time to digest the whole thing yet.  Danny will be appealing this decision to the Arizona Supreme Court.  His attorney will appreciate any

legal analysis that the group can provide, to incorporate in the Brief to the Supreme Court.
