Hello everyone. It occurd to me that it might be a good idea to have a discussion dedicated to newcomers introducing themselves. Answer this message with your own introduction and we'll hopefully end up with a spot where people new to the group can find out enough about us to join in more easilly. It doesn't have to be very long or detailed. Think of what you'd be comfortable with everybody who looked at this group knowing about yourself. To that end, here's my own introduction:

 

Hello. I'm Michael Feir. I've been totally blind all my life. Getting places can be a bit of a challenge for me. My interests include movies, music, games, philosophy, technology, reading and creative writing among many others. Recently, I was in a documentary called Get Lamp which was about text-based games. I've written a guide for blind owners of accessible computers called Personal Power. Curently, I'm in the early stages of creating a story-driven game called Enchantment's Twilight. I also work on an autobiographical book.
