Hello everyone. I've just finished my breakfast and figured I should throw another conversation starter out there. If Juliette can find time in her busy day to have fun with games on Facebook, I think it's safe to say we all find interesting things on the Internet. It's a world where we don't have to pay to get places and even to contribute to things. I owe a great many pleasant hours to people who have posted interesting content. You can follow the links in my signature to have some sense of what I've contributed over the years. In a very real sense, my email signature is my resume. Here are some of the absolute treasures I've found while surfing the web:

Urban legends have always interested me. ONe site which is well worth a visit is:
They collect all the urban legends and research how they started and spread as well as what is true or false about them. I haven't been there in quite a while but I must have spent a couple of days looking around when I should have been working on Personal Power. It was all so captivating and it's not like I was being paid to work on the guide. There's bound to be an urban legend or a whole category of them which interest pretty much everyone.

Internet radio stations are terrific because they don't play nearly as many commercials while they dish out the music. A great bunch of them can be found at:
They have all sorts of stations. I like the Top Hits as well as the Eighties and New Age stations. There's a country music channel there also which Rob might like. I don't know whether it playes old, new, or both kinds of country. I'm into fantasy and instrumental music so another station I go to is:

Podcasts are a big part of my life. I listen to a wide range of them. Digital Flotsam has been a favorite of mine for years. It's done by a man who grew up in the Projects in New York and became a police officer. He's a very thoughtful and funny fellow who shares his more interesting life experiences and philosophy with his audience. Check it out at:

Lets share, people. What are some of the treasures you've found on this great information superhighway of ours?
