Hello everyone. I trust everyone has had enjoyable holidays. I was certainly blessed with those this time around. I was able to get a fabulous digital recording of my nieces openning their presents. I also had a gathering here on New Year's that went very well indeed. On this tuesday, I'll at last start volunteering at The Dam. I keenly look forward to this.

 

You might be interested to know that we've had our first spammer attempt to send a message to the group. I found it very easy to bann the user and block the spam in one fell swoop. I wish we has some more legitimate members to work with but hopefully, they'll appear in time. In the not too distant future, I'll be getting a new system thanks to the ADP program. I expect all of us are familiar with what they do. I hope to get an Imac and have Windows7 running on it. Thanks to the Apple operating system, that should make it even more likely that I can handle any major problems without any sighted assistance at all. Learning both operating systems wil take me a while but I'll then be even more equipped to help people with their computer issues. This year is off to a very good start for me and I hope it is for you also.
