This is Josue reaching out for your support.
The seventeen people who make up the First Trans-Gay Migrant Caravan, 2017 send greetings of solidarity and respect to all the displaced, migrant, and refugee peoples of the world. They have fled from afar, escaping the violence that abounds in their countries against LGBTI people. Fearing to return, they have come from Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico asking for political asylum in the United States.
We invite you to join the fight for migrant trans-gay dignity by signing-on to this letter supporting the demand of the caravan members being released on the basis of humanitarian parole.
We know it would mean a lot to all the caravan members to receive your support with the following organizational sign-on letter.
Any chance your church can sign-on and forward to other churches & orgs.? The only thing we ask is that we not put the link on social media, that we only keep on private messages and listserves.
DEADLINE- This week, preferably by Wednesday

We will also be coming out with further support efforts for individuals and organizations in the near future, but for now organizational support is the most pressing!
If you have further questions, please feel free to reach out by email.
Thank you!
