Cyclone #Phailin is supposed to be bigger than Cyclone Katrina and the biggest one that has ever hit mainland India in the recent history. The projected
devastation of human life, animal life, crops and property is beyond comprehension. Today's Times of India:

Yesterday I had initiated a worldwide SILVA Taskforce. Today we are meeting in Kolkata 11:30 am to fizzle the cyclone phailin. Those who are in Kolkata and are interested for a moment to focus away from the Durga Puja and seriously want to help in fizzling the Cyclone Phailin for the sake of our nation's population, please come and meet me at 11:30 am for half an hour. Venue: Kiran Rajgaria's residence, MICA HOUSE, Pretoria Street, Kolkata. GPS coordinates: 22.54449, 88.351219
Those who are at a distance from this location or are unable to be physically present, at your subjective dimension please congregate at Indian time 11:30 (GMT 6 am) at our meeting point and join in our Taskforce.
I am suggesting here two types of programming: Individual level, Group level. Apart from this suggestion do please feel free to do your own techniques by your own means as well.
Group programming:
1. We will combine our energy fields (expecting worldwide participation), and arrange it in a larger circular size than the eye of the cyclone Phailin.
2. We will make two copies of our combined energy circle.
3. Then we will project the first energy circle above the eye of cyclone and the second circle below the eye of the cyclone. The upper distance from the eye will be about 200 meters above (derived through actual subjective projection done now) and the lower projection will be between 30 to 50 meters above sea level.
4. We will be introducing our these energy circles after having acquired the matching revolving speed of the actual live cyclone.
5. We will then expand a psychic shield from both the energy circles to keep all the nodes of the circles (each of our individual energy emission points) bound well together through this entire process. (yes I did project preparing this shield before entering the cyclone, but I am able to sense the continuous changing dynamics there in the eye, so I have arrived at the conclusion that we will build the psychic shield at the live situation itself.)
6. Once both the circles have their dynamic protective force fields in place, we will connect both the energy circles through the eye like a Damru. (picture both the damru rims as our each energy circle)
7. We will then expand the damru energy field to envelop the entire cyclone Phailin. (Mind you that our energy circles would be revolving at the same speed as that of Phailin.)
8. Once that has been achieved, we will begin our three pronged attack:
8a. Begin slowing down the Damru revolving speed. (if required, we will take grounding support and geostationary fixation support)
8b. Create an energy cylinder around Phailin and begin balancing the air temperature and the spatial humidity to equal levels.
8c. Start neutralizing and vanishing the cyclone from within.
In our programming we will slow it down and bring it to halt and a complete fizzle.
9. Create Force Field Psychic Shields around the marked regions in the map (where the meteorological dept says that the cyclone is projected to impact).
10. Shield people, animals, crops and infrastructure.
Individual programming: I am leaving that upto you. General suggestion: Mirror of the Mind.

Great work... Will do everything I can to team up with you guys, otherwise, I've been working on this since I heard about the gathering cyclone.
More power to you and those of us who can and wish to help this situation from getting any worse...
