Request to energize the situations

This is regarding a business situation. I had given a recent acquaintance the ownership of maintaining my site www.acshar.com and given him responsibilities of Webguru of the site. Since past 3 months i.e December 2010, he has been avoiding meeting me using excuses. He is technically very good. I am reaching my discomfort level wrt non-communication from his end. He individually holds many keys of the site. His avoidance of a meeting has large amount of impact on the business.

 

Please energize the situation where the relationship between us smoothens and he renews connection. Please energize the situation where the relationship gets better and better. Please energize the situation where I can regain entire ownership of www.acshar.com website and I am able to maintain it effectively though myself and in-house resources of my company, Gaia e-publishing private limited.
