Hello members

During a previous Grad meet, I had asked members(present there) to program for sale of my flat in Kolkata. A family expressed interest in this flat and have paid an advance amount towards the purchase. The payment is yet to hit my account. Remaining amount is to be paid in due course.

Thanks to all the members present, at that Grad meet, for programming. I appreciate the assistance.

Kindly program the following:

1. Sale process is completed successfully.

2. Physical transition and occupation of the flat is completed peacefully and successfully.

I am now in look out for office space around Salt Lake Sector V, RajarHaat, New Town areas. Kindly program

1. I got most beneficial place at these locations for office purpose. Kindly picture a ambient location with hygienic surroundings.

2. Kindly picture, that the rent is affordable and the relationship with the property owner is healthy and last for long time.

3. Kindly picture, that office space is acquired soon starting from today(18^th Jan 2011).
