If you have a large order of 10 yards or more of the same fabric and would like it to be shipped on a roll, you must choose UPS as your shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your package thoroughly for any damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note, some items may contain punched holes for quality control purposes. If you receive fabric with a punched hole please keep in mind, our staff adds an extra yard to compensate for the damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please know that there is a 35% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days.

If your order says "DELIVERED", but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office to see if your shipment is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your item as delivered a little too early, in most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all the information we have to help you locate your package, including; tacking number, ship date, and last known location.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy is active for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
